Dr. Nour Elhouda Touati is a General Practitioner at ELEMENTAL Day Surgical Center in Jumeirah 1, Dubai, with clinical experience in Algeria and Dubai and a practice focused on non-surgical aesthetic medicine.
She completed her Bachelor of Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of Algiers in 2020 and worked for three years as an emergency physician at the University Hospital of Oran. Before medical school she taught first aid as an instructor with the Algerian Red Crescent. This background shapes how she approaches aesthetic treatment today: clinical assessment, patient safety and readiness to manage complications are part of every plan.
She has practised aesthetic medicine since 2024, first in Algeria and, since October 2025, in Dubai. Her aesthetic training includes a combined botulinum toxin and dermal filler course at Derma Institute, Dubai, and aesthetic and cosmetic training with WAAAM Academy.
Her approach
Dr. Touati works from a principle she calls the French Makeover: the face is assessed as a whole — structure, proportions, contours, skin quality and signs of ageing — before any treatment is chosen. The aim is to support the face's existing architecture rather than to add volume by default. Depending on age, skin quality and anatomy, this may involve fillers, biostimulators or regenerative techniques, planned individually for each patient.
Her intention is a result that looks rested and natural, and that preserves the identity, expression and character of the person being treated.
Aesthetic treatments are planned individually after an in-person consultation. Injectable and skin treatments carry possible effects, including swelling, bruising and temporary redness, which are discussed before treatment. Results vary from person to person.
