The exact fee depends on the DHA grade of the doctor you book with — general practitioner, specialist or consultant — and it is confirmed when you book, before you come in. As of August 2026 the standard fees are AED 600 for a general practitioner, AED 680 for a specialist and AED 750 for a consultant.

What the fee covers: the full appointment — your history, examination of the skin including dermoscopy where a lesion needs closer inspection, and a written plan of what to do next. If treatment or investigations are recommended, they are quoted separately and in writing before anything is carried out. Nothing is added on the day.

ELEMENTAL works on a self-pay basis: payment is settled at the clinic rather than billed to an insurer. If your policy includes out-patient reimbursement, we provide an itemised invoice and a medical report so you can claim from your insurer — whether the cost is reimbursed, and how much, is decided by your insurance company under the terms of your policy.
