Closed rhinoplasty is the most modern method of minimally invasive correction of the shape and size of the nose, carried out through the internal cavity, without affecting the external skin and leaving no external postoperative scars. Use of endoscopic assistance - if necessary, intracavitary surgical manipulations are carried out under the control of high-precision video-endoscopic equipment. To date, this technique is the most highly accurate and minimally invasive method of surgical correction of the nose.
