Dr. Irina Erofeeva is a General Dentist with more than 12 years of clinical experience in restorative dentistry and endodontics. She qualified in Dentistry (DDS) at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) in 2013, completed her clinical internship in 2014 and a clinical residency in oral surgery in 2016. She practised in private dentistry in Moscow before moving to Dubai in 2023.
Her clinical focus is keeping natural teeth: primary root canal treatment and endodontic retreatment, including the location and treatment of canals missed in earlier procedures and the repair of perforations, core build-ups and restoration of severely compromised teeth before crowns, and adhesive direct restorations for front and back teeth.
All procedures are performed under magnification, with an operating microscope or 4× loupes, and with rubber dam isolation as standard. Root canal treatment includes electronic apex location and radiographic control of working length and filling; complex cases are assessed on CBCT, and each stage is documented with clinical photography.
Where a less invasive option can solve the problem, she starts with it: internal bleaching of a tooth darkened after root canal treatment, enamel microabrasion, fissure sealing and minimal composite restorations. She is certified in Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) for professional hygiene and performs Philips Zoom teeth whitening.
She explains each treatment option and its sequence before work begins, so that the plan is agreed with the patient. Her continuing education includes programmes with Domenico Ricucci, Didier Dietschi and Yoshi Terauchi, the Endodontic Symposium (2025) and Roots.Con Dubai (2025).
Dr. Erofeeva is a member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE).
