Dr. Rashed qualified in medicine at Charles University in Prague and continued his medical studies at the University of Milan.
Completed his specialisation in plastic and reconstructive surgery at University Hospital San Donato Milanese in Italy, and in 2014 was awarded the title of MD Specialist in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery by Charles University in Prague.
Doctor's surgical training covers general surgery, traumatology, orthopaedics, and plastic and reconstructive surgery, completed across Austria, Switzerland, Italy and the Czech Republic.
Has additional training in reconstructive and microsurgery at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan.
Since 2014 held a consultant post in reconstructive and plastic surgery at University Hospital Kralovske Vinohrady in Prague.
Practised in the United Arab Emirates since 2019, in hospital plastic surgery departments in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
