Dr. Nasiiat Velikhanova is a Specialist Orthodontist licensed by the Dubai Health Authority, with ten years in dentistry and more than eight years in orthodontics. At ELEMENTAL she treats children, teenagers and adults with clear aligners, including Invisalign, and with fixed braces.
Her work is built on careful diagnosis. Each plan starts with a clinical examination and, where indicated, a CBCT scan and digital planning, so the patient sees how the teeth are expected to move before treatment begins. She also prepares patients whose orthodontic treatment is part of a wider plan — before crowns, implants or veneers, or before jaw surgery.
Dr. Velikhanova completed her dentistry degree with honours at I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University and her orthodontic residency at the Russian Medical Academy of Continuing Professional Education. She holds a PhD from A.I. Evdokimov Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry.
She continues to train in clear aligner treatment, skeletal anchorage, biomechanics, early orthodontic treatment and temporomandibular joint disorders, and completed Invisalign certification in 2016. ELEMENTAL is a certified Invisalign provider. She consults in Russian and English.
