• Endovenous Laser Therapy (EVLT): A thin laser fiber is inserted into the enlarged vein through a tiny puncture under local anesthesia. Laser energy heats the vein wall, causing it to collapse and seal shut. The closed vein is then naturally absorbed by the body
• Glue Ablation : Similar to EVLT, but uses medical glue to close the diseased vein.  There is no heat, therefore doesnt require tumescent anesthesia. 
• Sclerotherapy (Liquid or Foam): A medical solution is injected directly into small or medium varicose veins and spider veins, irritating the lining and causing the vein to collapse and disappear
• Ambulatory Phlebectomy: For very large, bulging surface veins that are not suitable for laser or sclerotherapy. The vein is removed through a series of tiny, stitch‑less incisions, leaving almost no scars
